Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age = 18 years; ?Diagnosed with HFrEF according to the 2022 AHA/ACC/HFSA Guideline for the Management of Heart Failure; ?Receiving GDMT treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with incomplete cardiac imaging data ?Patients with malignant tumours
