Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) Patients with prostate adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology and localized prostate cancer indicated by imaging examination; (3) Patients or family members can use smart phones or tablet computers to fill in the information, and have certain understanding ability to fill in the scale; (4) Uniformly sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other systemic malignancies; (2) Patients with lower urinary tract symptoms or neurogenic bladder before surgery; (3) Patients with mental illness before surgery; (4) There are other serious diseases that affect follow-up, such as serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (5) The presence of serious other systemic diseases resulting in poor nutritional status; (6) Patients who are unable to cooperate; (7) Patients who are unwilling to sign informed consent;
