Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?surgical treatment for laryngeal cancer;?clear awareness and no previous mental disorders;?age 18 and above;?patient informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?patients undergoing total throat surgery;?patients receiving preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy;?having cognitive impairment or self-care deficits;?patients with severe cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease or other severe underlying disease
