Interventions

High-intensity Interval Training:HIIT group intervention: a single 20-minute power bike session. The intensity is alternating between 90% and 50% VO2 maximum.
Moderate-intensity Continuous Training:MICT group intervention: a single 30-minute power cycling exercise intervention. The intensity is 60% VO2 maximum.
Sit:SIT group intervention: sit still for 1 hour.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Men aged 18-40; (2) Frequent smokers; (Smoking at least one cigarette per day for 6 consecutive or cumulative months); (3) Irregular exercise habits; (<3 times a week and<20 minutes each time or<75 minutes of exercise per week); (4) Physical health, no history of major mental or physical illnesses, no history of major surgical treatment; (5) Willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of cognitive impairment, peripheral or neurological damage, stroke or transient ischemic attack, epilepsy, routine migraine, or other neurological disorders; (2) Individuals with cranial trauma, installation of pacemakers, stents, and other metal objects inside the body; (3) Having hypertension, heart disease, and bone and joint diseases, with a history of major surgical treatment; (4) Color blindness.
