Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 18-65 years old, male or female, with positive HIV confirmatory test (2) HIV antiretroviral treatment-experienced patients who have been on treatment for more than half a year and whose HIV viral load is consistently less than 50copies/ml, and whose initial treatment regimen is a TFV-containing regimen, and who have been stably converted to a 3TC-based dual regimen. 3)Hepatitis B test results and HBcAb positive/HBsAg negative before the initial treatment. (4) Voluntarily sign the informed consent and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with co-morbid opportunistic infections were not included in the study; 2) Those planning pregnancy were not included in the study; 3) Those with severe hepatic and renal impairment were not included in the study. (4) HBsAg-positive persons were not included in the study.
