Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Male or female aged 55 to 75 years; ? Han people in Zhejiang province, non-vegetarians; ? Be willing to complete questionnaires and records related to the study, and provide blood and stool samples; ? It meets the diagnostic criteria for primary PD published by MDS in 2015, and the Hoehn& Yahr classification is stage 2 to 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with Parkinson's combined syndrome and secondary Parkinson's syndrome; ? Obvious history of mental illness; ? Have taken antibiotics or probiotics, prebiotics, dietary fiber supplements in the past 1 month; ? Have a long history of going out in the past six months (>5 days); ? Cancer, cardiovascular and digestive diseases (peptic ulcer, IBD, IBS), autoimmune diseases. ?Blood routine, liver and kidney function examination found serious abnormalities ?Addiction to tobacco and alcohol (abuse) ? Taking medication for constipation or diarrhea (such as lactulose) ? Obesity (BMI>30) ? Food allergies or dietary restrictions
