18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old; (2) American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-II; (3) Body Mass Index (BMI) was 18.0-30.0 kg/m2; (4) Patients and their families clearly understand the research content and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have contraindications or allergies to any drug in the study protocol; (2) Chronic pain, long-term use of opioids; (3) Infection of the puncture site and abnormal coagulation function; (4) Complicated with severe hypertension (resting systolic blood pressure >180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >100mmHg), arrhythmia and cardiac insufficiency (heart rate <50 beats/min, sick sinus syndrome, second degree or more atrioventricular block, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction); (5) severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (6) Unable to cooperate with post-operative interviewers due to language or literacy barriers or combined mental illness.
