20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The colposcopy biopsy was CIN II/III grade , and the pathology was not upgraded after cervical conization; 2. Want a baby; 3. Age 20-40 years old; 4. Regular menstrual cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological escalation after cervical conization, which needs further treatment; 2. Received ovarian, thyroid, pituitary surgery or anti-tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Hereditary diseases such as chromosomal abnormalities
