No rinse group:routine care
Saline flush group:Postoperatively, the single J-tube is flushed with 3 ml of saline once a week
Sodium bicarbonate rinse set:Postoperatively, the single J-tube is flushed with 3 ml of sodium bicarbonate once a week

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patient is 18 years of age or older; (2) Confirmed diagnosis of bladder cancer; (3) Post-total cystectomy urinary diversion by ureteral skin stoma or ileal substitution cystectomy; (4) Signed informed consent for enrollment in the clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unwillingness to sign the informed consent form; (2) Inability to understand the study process and unwillingness to accept follow-up after surgery; (3) Combined serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (4) People with previous urinary stones or high uric acid; (5) Serious intraoperative or postoperative complications and secondary surgery.
