Experimental group:Bilateral T6 and T9 paravertebral blocks were performed before induction of anesthesia
Control group:Anesthesia induction was performed after the rest session

18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: between 18-55 years old; (2) ASA grades I-III; (3) Patients undergoing elective bariatric surgery; (4) Fully understand the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Do not agree to participate in the investigator; (2) ASA grade IV or above; (3) Confirmed mental illness, unable to communicate preoperative due to cognitive dysfunction or language impairment; (4) A history of chronic pain or allergy to ropivacaine and opioids; (5) There are other contraindications related to nerve block, such as infection, tumor, anatomical variation caused by serious deformity, and severe blood coagulation dysfunction, at the puncture site; (6) Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to study inclusion.
