Interventions

static cyclotorsion compensation group:In the static cyclotorsion compensation group, the axis of astigmatism was compensated according to the degree of static cyclotorsion.
control group:No cyclotorsion compensation before surgery.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: bilateral myopic astigmatism, age 18 to 40 years, corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA) of 20/32 Snellen or better, myopia between 0.50 and 8.50 D with refractive astigmatism between 0.50 and 3.00 D, and unchanged refraction for 1 year. Patients who used soft or rigid contact lenses were instructed to discontinue for at least 2 and 4 weeks before surgery, respectively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe ocular surface diseases, keratoconus, cataract, glaucoma and history of ocular surgery and systemic diseases. Patients who used soft or rigid contact lenses were instructed to discontinue for at least 2 and 4 weeks before surgery, respectively
