Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Complex severe spinal deformity according to the diagnostic criteria and imaging features; (2) The patient's spine had no related internal fixation; (3) Patients can complete relevant imaging examinations (CT, MRI, etc.) (4) patients without obvious cardiopulmonary dysfunction can tolerate surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Spinal deformity developed due to trauma, infection or tumor. (2) previous history of spinal internal fixation with retention of internal fixation; (3) unable to complete the relevant imaging examinations (4) patients with underlying diseases who could not tolerate surgery;
