Primary glaucoma

Interventions

Test group:On the basis of routine nursing measures and outpatient follow-up, Baduanjin exercise was done five times a week for 30 minutes each time for 8 weeks.
Control group:Routine nursing measures and outpatient follow-up lasted for 8 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG) in Chinese Glaucoma guidelines (2020). (2) The vital signs are stable and have normal communication and understanding ability. (3) There is no limb motor dysfunction. (4) Knowing and agreeing to complete this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with glaucoma other than POAG and PACG. (2) Having severe mental disorders or take psychotropic drugs. (3) Cognitive impairment. (4) Limb motor dysfunction. (5) Severe somatic diseases, unable to complete this study.
