Inclusion criteria

According to the diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease proposed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Neurological Diseases (4th edition), a patient with Alzheimer's disease has been diagnosed by a professional neurologist According to the criteria of the "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Insomnia in Chinese Adults (2017 Edition)", patients with Alzheimer's disease with sleep disorders are diagnosed Since the diagnosis of AD, the course of the disease has not exceeded 10 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Serious internal medicine diseases such as heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, and tumors exist Diagnosis of other major mental illnesses, such as severe depression, schizophrenia, etc Dependence on sleep medication or use of long-acting sleep medication within 6 months prior to the start of treatment Participated in other clinical trials that may affect sleep or cognitive function, or received other types of insomnia treatment within 3 months before the start of treatment Due to hearing, vision, or language barriers, it is not possible to complete the required questionnaire or test for the study. ? Exclude patients with other causes of sleep disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea.
