Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All employees intervention inclusion criteria: (1) All employees of four iron and steel enterprises over the age of 18; (2) Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent. 2. high-risk staff intervention (1) Inclusion criteria for metabolic syndrome High-risk workers are defined as having 1-2 MetS components; Or have bad behaviors and habits; Or have a family history of hypertension or diabetes. Inclusion criteria: All employees should voluntarily participate in this study on the basis of the recruitment standard and sign the informed consent; (2)Inclusion criteria for occupational stress High-risk workers are defined as those with low social support, high internal engagement and low autonomy. Inclusion criteria: All employees should voluntarily participate in this study on the basis of the recruitment standard and sign the informed consent; (3)Inclusion criteria for work-related musculoskeletal disorders High-risk employee definition: All employees with high risk factors for work-related musculoskeletal disorders are groups of people with some or some high-risk characteristics. In this study, people with repeated postural load, long postural load, long sitting time and high physical load intensity were defined as high-risk workers. Inclusion criteria: All employees should voluntarily participate in this study on the basis of the recruitment standard and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for all staff intervention mode: (1) There is a mental illness; (2) Inability to read and understand Chinese characters; (3) Plan to participate in other similar intervention projects in the latter four years. (4) Retire or plan to go out for a long time in the last four years. 2.Exclusion criteria for high-risk employee intervention mode: (1) Exclusion criteria for metabolic syndrome: Refused to participate in this study. (2) Exclusion criteria for occupational stress: Refuse to participate in this study. (3) Exclusion criteria for work-related musculoskeletal disorders: Refuse to participate in this study.
