40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? RN patients undergoing elective general anesthesia in our hospital. ? Age 40-80 years old. ? ASA Grade I - III. ? Patients with normal liver and kidney function before operation. ? Obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patient or the guardian did not sign the informed consent; ? Nephrotoxic drugs were used before surgery. ? History of second kidney operation. ? There was a history of rescue before surgery. ? Major complications occurred during and after operation
