Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?RN patients undergoing elective general anesthesia in our hospital. ?Age 40-80 years old. ?ASA Grade I - III. ?Patients with normal liver and kidney function before operation. ?Obtain informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patient or the guardian did not sign the informed consent; ? Nephrotoxic drugs were used before surgery. ? History of second kidney operation. ? There was a history of rescue before surgery. ? Major complications occurred during and after operation.
