Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who intend to undergo laparoscopic weight loss surgery (2) BMI=30 kg/? (3) ASA II-III level (4) 18-65 years old, age is not limited

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and metabolic diseases (2) Patients with pulmonary bulla and emphysema (3) Patients with sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) (4) Patients with a history of lung surgery or upper abdominal surgery (5) Refuse to accept the signed informed consent
