Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The following four criteria must be met: 1. Children between 6 and 13 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for overweight or obesity; 3. Comorbidities includes: 1) no comorbidities; or 2) first diagnosis of precocious puberty and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease; 4. Signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluded if any one of the following criterion is met: 1. Cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency due to a combination of other diseases, or severe psychiatric disorders; 2. Treated with hormones within the last 6 months, or have been sickened by hormone-based medication chemistry; 3. Biological samples do not meet the storage criteria.
