PRP treatment group:PRP was injected into the knee cavity, 5ml/ knee, once a week for a total of 5 times. After treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-40 years old, disease course > 6 months; (2) Meniscus injury was diagnosed by MRI with symptoms and signs of meniscus injury, such as positive McGee sign, knee interlock and pain; (3) Patients and their families are aware of the research content and voluntarily sign the relevant agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There are contraindications for the drug use in this study; (2) Patients with a history of knee surgery; (3) Serious articular cartilage injury, cruciate ligament injury is not repaired, reconstruction; (4) Patients with coagulation disorders; (5) Patients with dysfunction of important organs such as heart, liver and kidney; (6) Complicated with immune deficiency and severe infection.
