Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Female patients diagnosed with breast cancer who are scheduled to undergo a chemotherapy regimen containing albumin-bound paclitaxel (260mg/m2 per dose, administered once every 21 days for a total of 6 cycles); (2) Age: 18 years and older; (3) Possess adequate literacy and cognitive abilities, capable of independently or collaboratively completing questionnaires, and effectively communicating their own needs; (4) Voluntarily participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of exposure to neurotoxic drugs such as vincristine or cisplatin; (2) Those with underlying neurological disorders, diabetes, or other conditions predisposing to peripheral neuropathy and related symptoms; (3) Individuals with localized trauma, infections, lower extremity ulcers, or diabetic foot syndrome; (4) Patients suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular conditions; (5) Individuals with known allergies to synthetic materials (e.g. nylon and spandex); (6) Participants in concurrent clinical trials.
