Interventions

Low Inertia Load Flywheel Training Set:A training intervention using flywheel training with a 0.050 kg-m2 counterweight inertial load was performed on this group of subjects twice a week for 6 weeks.
Medium Inertia Load Flywheel Training Set:A training intervention using flywheel training with a 0.075 kg-m2 counterweight inertial load was performed on this group of subjects twice a week for 6 week
High Inertia Load Flywheel Training Set:A training intervention using flywheel training with a 0.100kg-m2 counterweight inertial load was performed on this group of subjects twice a week for 6 weeks.

Age
18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Discipline students between the ages of 18-30 from Beijing Sport University; (2) Without any lower limb injury; (3) Possess regular exercise habits for at least 3 months, at least 3 times a week, at least 30 minutes each time, without bad habits; (4) Love sports such as soccer, rugby and sprinting;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hamstring injury within the last 6 months; (2) Participation in any injury prevention related study in the past 12 months; (3) A history of knee injury; (4) A history of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease;
