Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old. (2) The pathological results showed that the patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were initially treated. (3) Radiofrequency assisted hepatectomy and conventional hepatectomy were performed. (4) Outpatient/inpatient visit record time or telephone follow-up time =1 year. (5) Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Radiofrequency assisted hepatectomy combined with intraoperative radiofrequency ablation of other lesions or combined perioperative radiofrequency ablation was performed. (2) Radiofrequency assisted hepatectomy combined with palliative treatment for other lesions, such as anhydrous alcohol injection. (3) Patients undergoing liver transplantation after radiofrequency assisted hepatectomy. (4) Patients with a history of liver cancer treatment before surgery, except those who received chemotherapy or Chinese patent drug anti-tumor therapy within 30 days before surgery. (5) Radiofrequency assisted hepatectomy combined with primary malignant tumor resection in other organs, such as hepatopancreaticoduodenectomy, pancreaticocaudectomy combined with partial hepatectomy and nephrectomy. (6) Combined with primary malignant tumors of other organs. (7) Loss of follow-up, such as only one visit; Patients with medical records or telephone follow-up for less than 1 year and no death outcome.
