Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Fulfilment of SSNHL diagnostic criteria with anxiety symptoms (Hamilton Anxiety Scale score = 7) and/or Hamilton Depression Scale score (= 8); (2) Age 18 years old = age = 70 years old and gender; (3) Routine physical examination by the researcher, without serious underlying diseases such as digestive, urinary, haematological, endocrine and neurological diseases; (4) Clear consciousness, understanding and willingness to obey the research programme.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Major depressive episodes or with other psychotic symptoms; (2) Those who have taken psychiatric drugs such as anti-anxiety or anti-depressants within 2 weeks; (3) Those with broken skin, metal allergies, needle-sickness, and others who refuse or are unsuitable for acupuncture treatment for any reason; (4) Subjects who are currently participating in other clinical trials.
