45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed with stroke by CT or MRI; ? Stroke onset time: 7 days to 30 days; ? Age: 45-75 years; ? Dominant hand: right hand; ? Fugl-Meyer<14; ? Brunnstrom: IV-VI; ?Modified Ashworth<3; ? Manual muscle test (MMT): 3-5; ? Clearly conscious and able to communicate verbally; ? Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Hand dysfunction not caused by stroke (such as arthritis, fractures, and other bone and joint diseases) ? The subject is currently participating in other hand function rehabilitation experimental projects or has previously used a hand function rehabilitation robot for rehabilitation ? Moderate or above pain in the upper limbs or hands, visual simulation score (Appendix 5): = 3 points ? Patients neglect half of the space ? Injecting botulinum toxin/phenol/alcohol within 6 months to treat spasms ? Arm deformity. ? Have a history of epileptic seizures ? Claustrophobia ? Metal implants (such as metal pacemakers) are contraindicated for fMRI scanning.
