Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 50 years old; ? First stroke, hemorrhagic stroke or ischemic stroke, dominant hemisphere; ? After stroke, patients with different degrees of language and contralateral limb motor dysfunction (AQ < 93.8 points, FMA < 100 points) can cooperate to complete AQ and FMA scores. The degree of stroke was assessed with the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), NIHSS<15 points; ? Cooperate to complete the full cycle follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The contralateral hemisphere was accompanied by tumor, trauma, stroke, inflammation, dysplasia and other abnormalities; Patients in acute phase (within 6 hours); Accompanied by seizures, mental disorders and significant cognitive decline; There were two strokes during the follow-up period.
