Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with different degrees of traumatic brain injury were divided into mild, moderate and severe according to GCS score ; 2. Age greater than or equal to 18 years ; 3.The patients were hospitalized within24h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial injury caused by non-traumatic reasons ; 2. Death within 24 hours of admission ; 3. There was a clear gastrointestinal injury at admission ; 4.There are obvious liver and kidney dysfunction.
