Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Sj ö gren syndrome (SS), gouty arthritis, and ulcerative colitis (2) Age 18-80 years old (3) All informed consent for this study (4) The patient has good communication skills, normal cognitive function, no cognitive impairment, intellectual impairment, and does not affect questionnaire scores

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study: (1) Severe disease patients (cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, tumor diseases, etc.) (2) Severe mental and psychological illness (3) Long term history of alcohol and drug abuse (4) Taking medication such as anti anxiety and depression (5) Pregnant or lactating women
