Frail group (exposure group):It is not a certain classic intervention but a naturally formed exposure, i.e., frailty.
Non-Frail group (non-exposure group):No frailty exposure.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =65 years old; 2) Inpatients undergoing non-cardiac surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined surgery; (2) Organ transplantation surgery; (3) An unplanned reoperation for certain postoperative complications; (4) Discharged within 24 hours after surgery; (5) Missing or incomplete perioperative data.
