Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From June 1, 2018 to June 1, 2023, patients who visited the clinic for symptoms such as palpitations, chest tightness and chest pain and registered for the first time for study enrollment in the China Atrial Fibrillation Center. 2. Patients with 12-lead standardized electrocardiogram (ECG) data and confirmed by 12-lead ECG as having atrial fibrillation and/or atrial flutter. 3. Age = 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with missing ECG data. 2. Patients with ventricular arrhythmias (e.g., ventricular tachycardia ), etc., which result in inability to accurately determine an atrial waveform. 3. Previously diagnosed with one of the following: atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, and atrial tachycardia.
