Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The specific selection criteria were as follows: (1) Primary site: According to International Classification of Diseases for Oncology-Third Edition (ICD-O-3) codes, C18.0 (cecum), C18.2 (ascending colon), C18.3 (hepatic flexure of colon), C18.4 (transverse colon), C18.5 (splenic flexure of colon), C18.6 (descending colon), C18.7 (sigmoid colon), C18.8 (overlapping lesion of colon), C18.9 (colon, NOS) were selected [18]; (2) Liver and lung metastases, without brain and bone metastases; (3) First malignant primary cancer = "Yes", sequence number = "one primary only", and record number recode = "01"; (4) Patients’ age = 60 years old; (5) Year of diagnosis: 2010-2019;(6)Select only "malignant behavior" and "kown age".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The specific exclusion criteria were as follows: (1) Patients’ survival was less than one month; (2) Patients’ primary site surgery was unknown.
