Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for acne mastitis and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation criteria for phlegm dampness syndrome; (2) Patients with visible secretion inside the catheter during surgery; (3) Age between 18 and 60 years old; (4) Lesion range = 2 quadrants (5) Non pregnant and non lactating women; (6) Be informed of the research content and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; (2) Concomitant history of pituitary microadenomas, psychiatric disorders, and malignant tumors; (3) Take drugs related to lipid metabolism and suffer from diabetes, metabolic syndrome, thyroid disease and other related abnormal lipid metabolism diseases within 2 weeks; (4) There are other primary diseases that require long-term medication to affect the research results; (5) Intolerant to the treatment process;
