18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective open reduction and internal fixation surgery for ankle joint, 18-60 years old, ASA 1-3, cardiac function 1-2, BMI18-27kg/cm2, understand Chinese, signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulation function 2. Preoperative lower extremity nerve injury and lesion 3. Puncture site infection 4. Patients with chronic opioid use before surgery 5. History of local anesthetic allergy 6. Patients with cognitive and psychiatric disorders 7. Patients with severe dysfunction of liver and kidney function.
