No minimum to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Complex persistent atrial fibrillation; recurrence after previous catheter ablation; recurrence after surgical ablation of atrial fibrillation; markedly obese patients making mapping difficult.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Left atrial thrombus; previous cardiac surgery patients; extensive intrathoracic adhesions; poor respiratory function and difficult to tolerate anesthesia.
