Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: After the approval of the ethics committee of the institute and informed consent of the parents, 180 children who were scheduled for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 1-6 years old; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with upper respiratory tract infection in the past two weeks, asthma history and other respiratory diseases; (2) congenital heart disease, congenital dysplasia and other cardiac insufficiency; (3) severe liver and kidney diseases; (4) patients who were allergic to anesthetic drugs or had recently taken sedative drugs; (5) patients with complicated conditions changed the operation method during the operation; (6) Those whose parents refuse.
