Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This was consistent with the diagnostic criteria for AE-ILD in 2016 (1) Significant deterioration of respiratory symptoms within one month; (2) There are new abnormalities in HRCT, such as diffuse, bilateral glass grinding changes;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There are other obvious clinical causes, such as fluid overload, left heart failure, or pulmonary embolism. (2) Obvious bacterial pneumonia patients.
