Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer; (2) Undergoing FDG PET/CT and PSMA PET/CT examinations within one month of initiating treatment after the diagnosis of metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer; (3) Generally acceptable physical condition, with an ECOG performance status score of 0-2; (4) Comprehensive clinical, laboratory, and pathological data available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of other malignancies; (2) Failure to undergo a second round of FDG PET/CT and PSMA PET/CT examinations after entering the castration-resistant prostate cancer stage; (3) History of allergy to the components or similar components of the contrast agents; (4) Severe organ dysfunction, such as severe impairment of heart, lung, liver, or kidney function; (5) Incomplete clinical and pathological data.
