Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Female aged 18-65; b. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for NIDDK interstitial cystitis except for condition 2: The diagnostic criteria for NIDDK interstitial cystitis are as follows: simultaneously meeting the following two conditions: 1. bladder pain or urgency; 2. Typical Hunner's ulcer or erythema syndrome (10 erythema per quadrant, at least 3 quadrants, during anesthesia and bladder hydrodistention) can be ruled out if any of the following occurs: 1. Bladder volume>350ml when awake; 2. When the bladder capacity reaches 150ml, there is still no strong urgency to urinate; 3. Urodynamics shows non random bladder contraction; 4. Symptom duration<9 months; 5. No increase in nocturia; 6. Anti infective, anti microbial, anticholinergic, and anti spasmodic drugs can alleviate symptoms; 7. When awake, the number of urinations during the day is less than 8; 8. Have bacterial cystitis or prostatitis within the past three months; 9. Bladder or ureteral stones; 10. Vaginitis or active genital herpes; 11. Uterine, cervical, vaginal, or urethral cancer; 12. Urethral diverticulum; 13. Cyclophosphamide, or any other chemical cystitis, tuberculous cystitis, or radiation cystitis; 14. Benign or malignant tumors of the bladder; c. Willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. There are serious underlying diseases, including: 1. hypertension and normal systolic blood pressure = 160mmHg or systolic blood pressure = 110mmHg; 2. For diabetes, the fasting blood glucose at ordinary times is greater than or equal to 10mmol/L; 3. Respiratory system diseases, usually with oxygen saturation below 95% or moderate or above ventilation/diffusion dysfunction; 4. Insufficient physical strength to climb three floors on their own; 5. Other serious underlying diseases that may affect surgery/anesthesia; b. Not willing to participate in this study
