Gold Standard:The diagnosis of BA was made by the presence of fibrosing obstruction of extrahepatic biliary remnants excised after intraoperative cholangiography.
Index test:MMP7 rapid test kit showed a postive result.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed and dated informed consent form 2. Commit to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the entire research process 3. Infants under 6 months old with symptoms and signs suspected of biliary atresia 4. Be able to persist and cooperate with long-term follow-up visits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who are unable to undergo long-term follow-up at the outpatient clinic or online at the medical center where this study was conducted due to their own reasons.
