18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years, right-handed; (2) Adequate comprehension with = 9 years of education; (3) Compliance with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders, with SCID-5 confirming the diagnosis; (4) HAMD-17 score = 17; (5) Understanding of the study content and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Alcohol, drug or other psychoactive substance abusers; (2) Pregnant or nursing women; (3) Prior and current central nervous system disease and other serious somatic disorders; (4) Secondary depressive episodes due to somatic illness, drug dependence, or schizophrenia; (5) Contraindications to TMS; (6) Contraindications to MRI.
