Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets PCOS diagnostic criteria*; 2) BMI 18-28 kg/m^2; 3) Patients aged 20-37 years old; 4) The patient has indications for IVF/ICSI; 5) Choose antagonist or agonist regimens to promote ovulation. *Using the Rotterdam standard: ? menstrual abnormalities such as infrequent ovulation or anovulation; ? Clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenism and/or hyperandrogenism; ? Polycystic changes in the ovaries. According to the above two criteria, excluding other diseases that cause ovulation disorders (including thyroid dysfunction, premature ovarian failure, hypothalamic pituitary amenorrhea, hyperprolactinemia, etc.), as well as diseases that cause hyperandrogenism (including Cushing syndrome, non classical adrenal reproductive organ syndrome, endocrine tumors that secrete androgens, etc.), the diagnosis can be made.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Used supplements (fish oil, vitamins, etc.) in the past 12 weeks; 2) Sperm collection through testicular or epididymal puncture; 3) PGT cycle; 4) Severe systemic diseases; 5)Severe pathological conditions of the uterus and fallopian tubes.
