Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria and treatment consensus recommended by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS) in 2019, the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia are met; 2. Age 60 and above; 3. Pass the r-TMS safety screening and meet safety standards for participation in r-TMS interventions; 4. Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with metal or electronic devices (pacemakers, cochlear implants, deep brain stimulators, aneurysm clips, ventriculoperitoneal shingles or internal fixation devices); 2. History of severe organ dysfunction; 3. Patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage or acute infectious diseases; 4. Patients with severe headache, high blood pressure, malignant tumor, open wound, vascular embolism or leukocytosis; 5. Patients with a history of mental disorders or epilepsy and a family history of epilepsy; 6. Any other factors that may affect cognitive function, muscle strength, muscle mass and physical function assessment.
