14 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a definite diagnosis of crohn’s disease; (2) The diagnosis of anal fistula is clear; (3) Treatment with infliximab monoclonal antibody recently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute perforation, (2) Inability to complete any of the comprehensive perianal self-management measures according to the standard due to various reasons,(3) switching to other biological agents during follow-up, (4) Loss to follow-up, (5) Failure to sign the subject's informed consent.
