Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; (2) ASA Grading I.-II; (3)BMI 18-30kg/m2 (4) Patients undergoing elective thyroidectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Antiemetics, opioids, and glucocorticoids were used within 24 hours before surgery (2) Liver and kidney insufficiency, arrhythmia, gastric motility disorder, vestibular disease (3) Have a history of drug allergies
