Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The subjects had acute or chronic low back pain combined with unilateral radiative radicular pain and were diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation (subject should provide relevant diagnosis certificates from regular medical institutions or be diagnosed with LDH according to the guidelines for lumbar disc herniation [1] formulated by the Spine Surgery Group of the Chinese Society of Osteology in 2020); (2) Aged between 18 and 60; (3) CT or MRI examination found lumbar disc herniation, corresponding nerve root compression; (4) NRS scale score =3 points (minimum pain degree); (5) You can use smart phones; (6) Voluntarily participate in the test and sign the informed consent; (7) Accept random assignment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a spinal specific disease, such as infection, spinal tumor, spinal tuberculosis, fracture, spondylolisthesis, isthmus, or aneurysm. 2. Pain caused by other diseases. 3. Cognitive impairment resulting in an inability to understand the physical therapist's instructions and the content of the application. 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding. 5. History of spinal surgery. 6. Patients who have received exercise therapy for low back pain in the past three months. 7. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
