35 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders and SCID-5 confirms the diagnosis; (2) HAMD-17 greater than or equal to 12 points; Chinese version of Mood Disorder Questionnaire (MDQ) less than 7 points; (3) Inpatients of any gender, aged 35 - 65 years old; (4) Able to understand and willing to strictly follow the clinical trial protocol to complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications to MRI and TMS; (2) Severe somatic and neurological disorders, etc; (3) Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, history of tobacco, alcohol and other psychoactive substance abuse; (4) Patient is a pregnant or lactating female or planning to become pregnant; (5) Immunomodulators and hormonal agents for at least 6 months and antipyretic and analgesic drugs for 2 weeks.
