Left stellate ganglion block group (group L):Ultrasound-guided injection of 1% lidocaine 6ml into the left stellate nerve block

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 28-57 years old; 2.ASA I-III grade; 3.plan to undergo velopharyngoplasty due to obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative patients with severe cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney dysfunction;2. Long term use of analgesics and sedatives; 3.Individuals with mental illness and cognitive impairment; 4.Having coagulation dysfunction or autoimmune diseases;5. Refuse the consent form.
