Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) according to the PCWG3 diagnostic criteria; (2) PSMA PET/CT and FDG PET/CT examinations conducted within the month prior to the initiation of CRPC treatment; (3) ECOG performance status score of 0-2; (4) Comprehensive clinical and pathological data available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of other malignancies; (2) Failure to undergo a second round of PSMA PET/CT and FDG PET/CT examinations upon occurrence of PSA progression or conventional radiological progression after initiation of CRPC treatment; (3) History of allergy to the components or similar components of the contrast agents; (4) Severe organ dysfunction, such as severe impairment of heart, lung, liver, or kidney function; (5) Incomplete clinical and pathological data.
