Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Consistent with simple urinary tract infection: inflammatory diseases of the urethra and bladder caused by the growth and multiplication of bacteria in the lower urinary tract, including urethritis and cystitis. (2) Female= 35 years old (3) The onset of this disease met the diagnostic criteria for urinary tract infection Refer to the number of leukocytes in the urine sediment in the middle of the centrifugation = 10 cells/HP, or symptoms of urinary tract infection. 2. Formal cleaning of intermediate urine (urine needs to stay in the bladder for more than 4~6h) bacterial quantitative culture, colony number = 105/ml. (4) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) complicated urinary tract infection; Recurrent urinary tract infections (2) Urologic tract infections caused by mycoplasma, chlamydia, fungi, parasites, etc.; (3) Secondary urinary tract infection caused by urinary stones, etc.; (4) Combined with diabetes, heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, respiratory system and other diseases or serious diseases that affect their survival; (5) Co-ordinated immune system disease or immune-related therapy within 1 month before enrollment; (6) History of urinary system tumors such as bladder tumors, uterine cancer, cervical cancer, vaginal cancer or urethral cancer; (7) Those who have participated in drug clinical trials in the past 3 months, or are taking other related Chinese and Western drugs, such as those who have taken preventive antibiotics to treat urinary tract infection. (8) Pregnant and lactating women
