Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Female, age>18 years old 2. Pathological diagnosis of breast cancer, unilateral 3. After active treatment of breast cancer, diagnosis of breast cancer related lymphedema 4. B-ultrasound report excluded upper limb deep vein thrombosis 5. The patient did not receive lymph detumescence treatment in the past 6. Have the ability to understand and express 7. Signed an informed consent form Caregiver: 1) Age>18 years old 2) Cohabitation with patients during the study period 3) Having the ability to understand and express oneself 4) Sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. During the adjuvant therapy period 2. History of infection, trauma, or surgery in the upper limbs 3. Diseases that cause limb swelling, such as heart failure or kidney failure 4. Primary cancer metastasis or other major diseases 5. Inability to use smartphones Caregiver: 1. Have cognitive impairment, mental illness, or serious physical illness 2. Family caregivers are not related to the patient 3. Do not know how to use smartphones
